Return Policy

We accept returns if the product delivered to you has a manufacturing defect which means our Return Policy is limited to Manufacturing defects only.
 

or if the customer thinks that the product received by him is not as per his need or description, in this case, we give a replacement. In our 7 days of Return Policy, we do not give a cash refund.
 

We specialise in selling products exactly same as the images displayed and customer has full liberty to ask as many queries regarding the product by calling or texting before placing the order.

 

You can contact us soon after placing the order, but a cancellation wasn’t possible due to the parcel having already been shipped, you should not accept receipt of the parcel, and ask the courier to send the parcel back to us. We will refund the price of the parcel content whereas you are responsible for paying the shipping price both ways.

 

Note: Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 48 hours of delivery.

 

Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.

 

Damaged/ Defective items must be returned in the original condition they were received in with all the accompanying accessories.

Once we receive the product in return, we will either do the replacement or will refund your amount according to your preference.

 

Refunds (if applicable), Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, It would take 7-10 working days from the date of the refund being initiated. Please note that working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.


Refunds will be made to the payment facility you used for making the payment, i.e. the payment gateway "payubiz" will transfer the amount back to your card or bank account.
