All the members in our website can cancel their orders if they haven't made the payments within 24 hours from the time of purchase. They can check the details using their Email id in our websites.

We will refund the entire amount to the customer. The customer can submit the request for the refund only with in 24 hours (1 working day) and If their order hasn’t been started processing (packed and shipped).

But a cancellation wasn’t be possible if in any case the parcel having already been shipped or customer is denying to accept the parcel & parcel is coming back to us.

We will refund the price of the parcel content whereas you are responsible for paying the shipping price both ways.,,if you want to return goods even after getting proper delivery due to some reason you can check the returns policy.

Note: Online cancellation is not possible for non branded products for retailers and other members can cancel their orders within the specified time above.
